1.Delegations from National Space Organization (NSPO) and Chinese Taipei Society of Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing(CSPRS) came to India to attend 38th Asian Conference on Remote Sensing which was held during 23rd to 27th October 2017 in New Delhi, India. Science & Technology Division of Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India(TECC) arranged both delegations to meet Amb. Tien in TECC office to exchange opinions on the cooperation between Taiwan, India, and other Asian countries in the field of remote sensing. 2.Amb. Tien(Left 4) met NSPO Dr. Albert Lin(Left 2), CSPRS President Prof. Shih(Left 3), DSPRS delegates in TECC with the accompany of Counsellor Prof. Chen(Right 2).
