1.The 11th Delhi International Arts Festival, organized by Forum for Art beyond Borders and Prasiddha Foundation, held on 11-25 November. H.E. Amb. and Madam Tien were invited to participate in the opening ceremony at magnificent Purana Qila, and H.E. Amb. lit lamp along with Ms. Nana Mgne, Russian Counsellor, Slovakia Counsellor, Ms. Agne Sakalauskaite, Amb. of Lithuania and Mr. Atul Malhari, Director of ICCR. Amb. Tien delivered a speech and presented a certificate of gratitude to Egypt Dancing Troupe on behalf of DIAF. TAI Body Theater and Little Giant Chinese Chamber Orchestra were invited to perform from 11-13 and 18-20 respectively at Delhi auditoriums and schools.
