The Science and Technology Division visited Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Goa Campus on October 28. The aim of the visit was to strengthen and deepen bilateral academic cooperation between the BITS and Taiwan’s academics, and to exchange experiences regarding international collaboration in the area of higher education. Prof. Yuan-huei Chang, Director of Science and Technology Division, held a bilateral meeting with Prof. K.E. Raman, Director of the BITS Goa Campus, and met the concerned faculty. Both sides are keen to strengthen academic collaboration and to increase the faculty and students exchanges. The BITS now have four campuses, which are located in Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
