The MOU has been signed between Prof. Devendra Jalihal, Director of IIT Guwahati and Peters Chen, Director of Education Division TECC, witnessed by Ambassador Baushuan Ger, Taiwan’s representative to India. Under this framework, Taiwan will assist IIT Guwahati in recruiting Taiwan's Mandarin teachers who are adept at designing curricula and evaluating the outcome of language courses. These teachers will instruct students in Mandarin language courses over the scheduled semesters, helping enhance students' language skills and cultural understanding of Taiwan. The bilateral relations between Taiwan and India will surely be solidified based on this MOU.
