Taiwanese Ambassador to Ankara, Representative of Taipei Economic and Cultural Mission James C.H. Chen came to Aksehir upon the invitation of Aksehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Taiwanese Ambassador to Ankara, Representative of Taipei Economic and Cultural Mission James C.H. Chen who stayed in Aksehir for two days to take information about the investment opportunities in Aksehir said that they will participate in International Nasreddin Hodja Festival and will open a Taiwanese booth in the festival. Taiwanese Ambassador James C.H. Chen said that there will be products made in Taiwan in their booth, they will promote Taiwanese culture in Aksehir and organize some cultural activities.
Taiwanese visitors also joined the Yuruk (Turkish Nomads) festival held last Sunday, examined Yuruk culture and joined the activities. Taiwanese guests visited Aksehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Monday and took information from Chairman of Aksehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry Erdal Çiftçi about the investment opportunities and bilateral contacts. Later the guests visited Aksehir Mayor Abdulkadir Ogul in his office and exchanged views on some projects during the visit and a meeting was held on the building of a TAIWAN PARK in Aksehir.
After the exchanging of presents Mr. CHEN visited Aksehir District Governor Ahmet KATIRCI in his office.
Taiwanese Ambassador Mr. CHEN who expressed his views about Aksehir after the visits said that Aksehir is really very beautiful. Taiwanese Ambassador James C.H. Chen said that the people of Aksehir are very warm and very hospitable thanking Chairman of Aksehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry Erdal Çiftçi and the personnel of Aksehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
